Job Description

Locums•
CRNA Location:
Fort Morgan, CO Availability / Schedule (Priority)
Day Shift:
7:00 AM•3:00
PM Call Hours:
3:00 PM•7:00
AM Call Schedule:
Every other night Weekend call in between Licensing & Certifications (Required) ACLS (AHA only)•Required BLS•Required PALS•
Required Clinical Requirements Practice Model:
Independent CRNA (no supervision) Must be proficient in: Spinals Epidurals Regional blocks
Case Logs:
Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks) Case Mix Endoscopy Orthopedics OB/GYN General surgery Pediatrics (light, healthy)
