Job Description $75K Sign-On Bonus | No Call | High-Acuity Cardiac Cases | Monday-Friday Schedule Join a growing cardiovascular team at AdventHealth Ocala as a Cardiac CRNA in a high-acuity, team-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative and innovative setting. About the Opportunity Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for: CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures Electrophysiology (EP) cases Structural Heart interventions As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre-anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery. Schedule & Environment Monday-Friday schedule or 8, 10, 12-hour shifts No call or weekends Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility Strong culture and administrative support Compensation & Benefits Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K $75K Sign-on bonus $25K Incentive bonus Year 4 $4000 CME & 5 Paid Days Cardiac Stipend Premium shift bonus 401 & 403b Retirement Plan Health Insurance (eligible on Day 1) 9 Weeks Paid Vacation Practice at top of license Requirements Active Florida ARNP License Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Why AdventHealth Ocala?
