Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum/travel opportunity in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs, Nurse Anesthetists, and APRN Anesthesia professionals looking to work across a dynamic, high-volume clinical environment with exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties and case types. CRNA Responsibilities Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Monitor and manage patient status throughout intraoperative and immediate post-operative phases Provide anesthesia support for cases including neuro, vascular, general, endoscopy, cath/IR, head and neck, orthopedics, and urology Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety Accurately document anesthesia care in accordance with facility protocols CRNA Requirements Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) Current Florida licensure or ability to obtain prior to start BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with a broad case mix including general, ortho, endo, cath/IR, and/or neuro/vascular preferred Strong ability to adapt across multiple facility settings and patient populations Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach Schedule Locum/Travel | Flexible scheduling available Open to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts — any combination considered Per diem days also available for candidates working partial schedules elsewhere Please be specific about your availability and preferred shift structure in your application Job Highlights Diverse, high-acuity case mix across multiple surgical specialties Work across several facilities in the greater Orlando area Flexible scheduling — shifts tailored to your availability Collaborative, well-supported clinical environment with experienced anesthesia teams Why Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
