Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Florida, commencing Jun 8, 2026. This role involves 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts within a Trauma and Pediatric Trauma Center. The Anesthetist will manage a diverse range of cases, including bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, and pediatric patients, with a strong preference for experience in pediatric and cardiac cases. Responsibilities and Duties Provide anesthesia care in a Trauma and Pediatric Trauma Center. Be comfortable with all ages of pediatric patients (healthy/unhealthy), with some flexibility for discussion. Demonstrate comfortability with cardiac cases, which are prevalent, and mandatory for weekends and call shifts. Address light OB needs, including high-risk cases. Manage a wide range of cases including Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics, and Peds. Operate under 100% supervision.
