Job Description Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical. The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this opportunity include: Newly Increased Compensation $75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment
