Are you a CRNA who is looking to work Monday through Friday, no nights and weekends? We are looking for a Primary CRNA to provide Anesthesia services 16 to 20 shifts a month, and coordinate the staffing schedule of other 1099 CRNAs. Additional Duties:
Order Anesthesia Meds, Perform CRNA duties for State and Medicare facility Accreditation. Duties Supervise and coordinate anesthesia services provided by CRNAs and anesthesia staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols Oversee patient assessments, including evaluating physiology, anatomy, airway management, vital signs, and pain levels to develop personalized anesthesia plans Manage airway interventions and monitor patients throughout perioperative periods using advanced medical documentation systems such as Epic, EMR, and EHR platforms Administer medications and injections accurately Experience Proven critical care experience in high-acuity environments such as ICU or emergency departments Extensive background in anesthesiology with a focus on airway management, physiology knowledge, and patient assessment techniques Experience working with diverse patient populations Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, medication administration procedures, and vital signs monitoring Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable

$235,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
