The facility operates with an autonomous CRNA practice model and maintains modern anesthesia capabilities for diverse case management. About the Facility Location This area offers diverse outdoor activities including hiking trails through fossil gorges with educational stopping points, kayaking opportunities, and covered bridge tours. Visitors can explore specialty museums, the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, and the Field of Dreams Movie Site among other attractions. The region features 83 hidden attractions and provides access to outdoor excursions, dining options, and scenic bridges including the High Trestle Trail Bridge. About the Clinician's Workday The CRNA will provide autonomous anesthesia services following a 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule with Monday through Friday coverage and light call every third week. The clinician will manage bread and butter cases ranging from pediatric to older adults including general surgery, abdominal procedures, scopes, OB/GYN, orthopedic, ENT, urology/gynecology, podiatry, and cataracts. Required skills include performing ultrasound blocks, spinals and epidurals, and managing difficult airways with independent block experience including regionals and OB competency. The position utilizes Epic EMR for documentation with a 15-20 minute callback time during call periods.
