Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

$218.40
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed healthcare team for a 6-month contract. The CRNA will provide supervision-based anesthesia services across a range of specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgery, plastics, lungs, healthy pediatrics, eye, GI, and interventional radiology within a hospital setting. In this role, you will work a flexible schedule with shifts varying between 8, 10, and 12 hours. Coverage includes a mix of day, evening, and night shifts, along with 24-hour plus 16-hour shifts weekly. Call responsibilities are required, including one weekend call shift per month and two weeknight call shifts per month. The schedule is issued in 6-week blocks, and candidates must be willing to work the Christmas holiday.
Qualifications:
BC (Board Certified) in Nurse Anesthesia Active DEA and CSR licenses Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in anesthesia practice Comfortable handling Level II Trauma cases Able to supervise anesthesia in a hospital setting with operating rooms, cath labs, endoscopy, and radiology services Experience with Spinal Blocks and arterial lines preferred but not required Willing to work varied shifts and holiday coverage Must pass credentialing within approximately 30-45 days if licensed
Additional Information:
Practice setting includes hospital operations with 17 ORs, 7 Day Surgery Centers, and specialized procedural areas EMR system: EPIC Patient population primarily over 12 years old Supervision model: Max 4:1 ratio; some campus options for independent practice requiring OB Scrubs provided in department No preferred location restrictions; candidates should be open to licensing procedures
