Hospital System with 20 anesthesia rooms

Types of Cases:

General, Ortho, OB Credentialing:

60 days

Assignment Duration:

12 weeks Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Minimum Requirements Certifications:

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on

Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Licensure:

Current license as a registered professional nurse; Illinois state license required (facility not willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license)

Education:
