MD-supervised CRNAs (2:1 ratio); anesthesiologists also perform cases Required Qualifications•Illinois CRNA Jobs Active Illinois CRNA license required (candidates must already hold an IL license) Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA certified) Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in acute care or perioperative (operating room) settings Ability to complete privileging and credentialing (estimated 60 days) Key Responsibilities•Anesthesia & Perioperative Care Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and perioperative planning for general surgery and orthopedic anesthesia Obtain and verify informed consent for anesthesia services Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and perioperative management with patients and the surgical team Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia for general and orthopedic procedures Monitor and document patient physiological status throughout procedures using iPro charting Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff within a supervised care-team model

Compensation Estimated Weekly Pay Range:
