Provider must have a home address 60+ miles away from the facility. Confirm before submitting.

ASAP after credentialing

Ongoing Schedule:
Mon Fri 8-hour shifts only No on-call / No callback
Pay Rates:
$230-240hr depending on experience and time commitment $20K Completion Bonus (after 520 hrs & 13 weeks) ️
Travel & Lodging:
️ Flights booked Rental car/mileage stipend: $250/week Lodging stipend: $110/night Meals stipend: Covers days worked
