This adult medicine opportunity is located at our Carmel Internal Medicine Practice, at 11911 North Meridian Street, Suite 100 Carmel, IN 46032. Highlights Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, adult medicine, or family medicine trained nurse practitioner to work at our outpatient Internal Medicine Care practice located in Carmel.
