Employment Opportunity Details:

• Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance/metric bonus and option for additional shift work for pay

1:2, 1:3 (ideal) and 1:4 (rare)

• Peripheral Nerve Blocks are a must with strong Ultrasound regional skills required
• Patient draw base of over 500K
• Level 3 trauma center
• Wide variety of cases
• almost all except major trauma and transplant! Cardiac is taken by a separate team
• Wide variety of ages: peds (healthy) 6mo and up!

Qualifications:

BC/BE, ACLS, BLS

• Active/Eligible Indiana License
