• $375,000 annually based on vacation preference The Opportunity An established and respected anesthesia practice in the Hazard, Kentucky area is seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join their close-knit, experienced team.

What You'll Do Administer safe and effective anesthesia for a variety of routine surgical cases and obstetric procedures Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed Collaborate closely with a supportive team of anesthesia providers committed to the highest standards of patient care Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient records Compensation Structure This practice offers a unique and flexible compensation model that puts you in control of your work-life balance: $375,000 annually

• 1099, with 8 weeks off per year $350,000 annually
• 1099, with 12 weeks off per year Choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle. Either way you will enjoy outstanding compensation as a fully independent 1099 contractor. Please note that as a 1099 position malpractice insurance is the responsibility of the provider. Schedule Less than 40 hours per week Monday through Friday only Never on primary call Backup call rotation
