Epic (preferred)

Credentialing/Privileging:

Typically 90-120 days (often closer to 120); no temporary/emergency privileges

CRNA Job Requirements Certification:

Active NBCRNA certification

Licensure:

Kentucky

CRNA/APRN

license required (open to licensing)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (no new graduates)

Recent Experience:

Recent experience in a large medical center setting required

Preferred Experience:

Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience strongly preferred

Required Skills:

Intubation, arterial line placement, central line placement, invasive line placement

Flexibility:

Must be willing to work NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)

Case Scope Notes:
