Required Skills Valid and current CRNA certification/licensure Proven experience in anesthesia administration across diverse clinical settings Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, patient safety, and emergency procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Nice to Have Skills Prior experience in the outpatient or hospital OR setting Experience with locum tenens assignments or flexible scheduling Familiarity with Louisiana healthcare regulations and policies Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia provider experience Previous experience working in inpatient or outpatient surgical environments Other Requirements No outreach to Lafayette, Crowley, Jennings CRNAs or those contracted exclusively with Louisiana Anesthesia Solutions/Krewe Anesthesia within a 15-mile radius of Lafayette Willingness to work at least 2 weeks per month; preference for providers open to full-time or split shifts Availability to work 8-9 hour shifts, with a maximum bill rate of $250/hr Travel stipends and reimbursements provided for qualified providers traveling into Lafayette First priority given to locum to perm candidates Ability to adhere to all confidentiality and compliance standards Ready to take the next step in your anesthesia career?
