This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call or weekend responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking a supportive clinical environment. The provider will primarily manage routine bread and butter ear and eye cases in a collaborative perioperative setting.

Position Details Start Date:

July Coverage needed through September with potential ongoing extension Minimum commitment of 2 shifts per week required Monday through Friday schedule Shift hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM No call responsibilities No weekend coverage required Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for ear and eye surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery phases Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff Ensure safe and effective anesthesia care in accordance with facility protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Provide patient-centered care while adhering to quality and safety standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited CRNA program Current CRNA certification required Active Massachusetts license required at time of submission ACLS certification required Strong clinical and communication skills New graduates are encouraged to apply Additional Information Local candidates preferred Supportive environment with routine case mix
