Job Description

Description This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic medical practice, delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients. As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive anesthetic care. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist in the management of anesthesia-related emergencies Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technologies Requirements Associate degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current state licensure to practice as a CRNA Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical setting Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring techniques Commitment to patient safety and quality care Location 1
