Supervised CRNA practice with physician collaboration CRNA Job Requirements At least 1 year of CRNA experience preferred Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists BLS, ACLS, and PALS required Ability to obtain Maryland state licensure if needed Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a supervised anesthesia setting CRNA Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and review patient history Obtain and verify informed consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients Provide anesthesia care through induction, maintenance, and emergence Monitor patient physiology throughout surgical procedures Respond to clinical changes and provide intervention as needed Collaborate closely with physicians and the perioperative team Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases Apply now to join this CRNA opportunity and advance your anesthesia career today.
