As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout their surgical procedures. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. This position is essential in maintaining the quality of care that our clients expect, and you will have the chance to impact patient outcomes positively. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgery Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals Provide pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Educate patients about anesthesia procedures and post-operative care Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department Requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in Anesthesiology Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Schedule:
8 or 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week 1:7 rotating call shifts, manageable volume
Case Types:
General surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, etc. Must be board-certified

Annual Salary:
