Job Description

A healthcare facility in the vicinity of Laingsburg, MI, is seeking three qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for providers with immediate availability to join a dynamic team and provide vital anesthesia services.

Priority for providers available to start on October 20, 2024
Orientation:
Can be held on either October 17 or 18, 2024
End Date:
Projected to last through October 31, 2024, with the potential for extension
Shift Types:
13 CRNAs for 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 2 CRNAs for 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 1 CRNA for 24-hour weekend coverage
Facility Type:
Hospital setting
Supervision:
CRNAs will be supervised
Case Types:
General surgical and neurosurgical cases (no pediatrics)
Operating Rooms:
16 ORs with an average of 35 surgical cases per day
Electronic Medical Records:
CERNER system
Weekend Requirements:
Yes, weekend coverage required
On Call Requirements:

Licensure:
Active Michigan CRNA license (IMLC not accepted)
Certifications:
NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS
Clean Background:
Must have a clean background and no malpractice history for expedited credentialing
Documentation:
Current CV, NPI/License Number, malpractice history, and references if available
Practice Environment:
The facility performs a variety of surgical cases but does not handle pediatric or pain management cases. CRNAs will be working alongside an experienced team in a collaborative environment with 11 providers dedicated to the OR and 3 assigned to the Cath Lab.
