Join our team as a Neonatology specialist in a thriving, state-of-the-art NICU environment. 6:00 AM•6:00 PM in the facility, on-call 6:00 PM•6:00 AM, 24 hours daily; ongoing work 10-14 days a month

III NICU
Manage cases of Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, Sepsis, and other complex conditions Stabilize surgical cases for transport as needed Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, including general pediatrics and various pediatric specialists Qualifications Board Certified in Neonatology preferred; Board Eligible candidates considered NRP and PALS certification required Proficient in procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, paracentesis, and spinal taps Experience with advanced ventilator management, including oscillators and iNO Working Hours 6:00 AM•6:00 PM in the facility 6:00 PM•6:00 AM on-call Work expected for 10-14 days each month Skills Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex neonate cases Proficiency with Cerner EHR system Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment Join a team committed to delivering exceptional care to neonates in a community celebrated for its quality of life and natural beauty.
