Job Description

About the Job We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified CRNA to join a high-volume ambulatory anesthesia team in Michigan. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance, diverse surgical cases, strong physician support, and a collaborative practice environment.
Practice Highlights:
High-volume ambulatory surgery environment. Team of 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior anesthesia physicians. Fast-paced collaborative practice setting. Opportunities to work across multiple ambulatory locations.
Case Mix Includes:
Orthopedics. Total Joint Replacements. Plastic Surgery. Sports Medicine. Urology. Gynecology. Ophthalmology. Podiatry. General Surgery. Endoscopy. Dental Cases. Pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations. Develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. Monitor patients throughout procedures. Manage anesthesia-related complications. Provide post-anesthesia recovery and pain management. Deliver anesthesia services across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Provide airway management support as needed.
Schedule:
Full-Time Permanent Position. Day Shifts. No Weekends. No On-Call Requirements. Late shifts conclude by 5:00 PM.
Requirements:
Board Certified
CRNA REQUIRED.
Active Michigan RN License
REQUIRED. ACLS
Certification
REQUIRED. BLS
Certification
REQUIRED.
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
REQUIRED. DEA
required prior to start. CSR/CDS required prior to start. Clean malpractice and license history
REQUIRED.
Current NPDB Self-Query required at presentation.
