• 730a, 3:00-7:00 Shift lengths will be (8s, 10s, 12s, 16s, 24s) all but 16 hours.

Example of Schedule:

2 12s, 2 8s, 24s, she likes them to work 3 days a week minimum. Could be 24 and 2 12s or 24 and 2 8s. They will ask what the preference is when interviewing /offering.

• Yes•Goes by the time of year, every 5-6 weeks will have to do 1 shift.

Now in the summer it tightens up due to those taking vacations so may pick up more weekends around then. The manager will do their best to make sure the entire team works the same amount of weekends. A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needs a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in nurse anesthesiology. After graduating, they must pass the National Certification Examination (NCE) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) to become certified.

• Experience Requirements
• Will work with Pediatrics, vascular, neuro, general. They do NOT do transplants. When they take call they will see a bit of everything, will not have to do a heart.
• Ratios or procedures/cases per day
• They would see 5-7 cases a day depending on the site they are at. At Cooper (ortho) they can do up to 5 a day. At Harrison location they have quicker cases so could see 6-7 a day. As a whole the Operating Rooms run busy. CRNA will do Blocks and epidurals.

• Will float between 3 location (Cooper and Harrison are connected) and the outlier is 6-7 miles north Mackinaw Surgery Center. If you float to Mackinaw Surgery Center you will be there for the full day.
