Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide anesthesia care for both general and obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC, epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral blocks Support unsupervised anesthesia models at Faribault, with MD assistance as needed Cover pediatric and adult patient populations Manage emergent cases, including C-sections, during scheduled weekends and nights Respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes, including overnight and weekend shifts Support elective and emergent procedures in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality care What You Need Minnesota CRNA license or eligibility BLS and ACLS certifications At least 3 years relevant anesthesia experience Strong OB skills and experience with unsupervised care models Ability to handle weekend and night call rotations with timely response Comfortable working in both supervised and unsupervised settings About the Assignment This ongoing contract assignment is based at a leading facility in Faribault, Minnesota. You will provide anesthesia services across various surgical disciplines, predominantly in obstetrics and general surgery, supporting a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
