Case Mix:

Endo, OBGYN, Peds, Gen, Ortho, ENT. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals.

Support Staff:

4 total CRNA's during the day # of

Active MN License:

Highly preferred

Credentialing Time Frame:
