Approximately 1x/week; select weekends available (30-minute response time)

BLS/NRP/PALS/ACLS

through AHA only•no exceptions) Position Overview Provide anesthesia services for a broad case mix including Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and ENT. Must be proficient in neuraxial and regional techniques as applicable (spinals, blocks, epidurals).

Epic Trauma level: III Approx.

deliveries/year:

90 Case volume notes: estimated endoscopy cases/year; majority of cases include orthopedics (incl. total joints), endoscopy, general surgery.

Regional/blocks performed may include:

Interscalene, TAP, Femoral/Adductor, Sciatic, Popliteal, PENG, ESP, IPACK.

OB note:

VBAC in-house call during active labor. Required Qualifications CRNA Active, unrestricted license (state license required)

ACLS, BLS, PALS DEA

Case logs (within the past 2 years) Credentialing/Onboarding Items (must be provided) Education diploma(s) (MSN/CRNA, etc.) NBCRNA board certificate ACLS and PALS copies Case logs (within the past 2 years) Driver's license (color copy) Professional photo Current CME documentation

Immunizations:
