Job Description
Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, Missouri (MO) seeks an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join their busy and collegial team.

- Joining a team of OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwifes, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners
- Ample schedule flexibility that can be catered to preferences
- 4-day week
- 1:6 Call rotation
- No clinic required when on call and option for post-call day off
- Level
III NICU
with 24/7 Neonatology support available- No circumcisions required
- ~1,000 deliveries per year
- Top of the line technology with Da Vinci Robots, EMR-EPIC, AI Scribe

Compensation:
- $745,000 Initial Overall Package
- $450,000 Base
- $200,000 Sign-on
- PSLF eligible and option for $75,000 in annual student loan reimbursement
- Up to $20,000 relocation
- Comprehensive benefits including 3 retirement plan options
- Malpractice with tail
- Mercy Hospital Southeast also has an opportunity for an OB Hospitalist/Laborist position
