• CRNA—Columbia, Missouri Base Salary Range of $175,000 plus full benefits—Overtime is $119 per hour | Sat|Sun call at $476 per day We are seeking a CRNA to join a growing practice in the Columbia Missouri area.

The CRNAs are first call with a physician on second call. The CRNA's can expect to take call 2-3 days per month and work 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts. The CRNA team does general, orthopedic, OB, ENT, Dental and GI. No trauma, hearts or neurosurgery. This is an employed position and we have 12 CRNA's all very experienced

• 5 Anesthesiologists
• 6 OR's-2 Endo suites
• 12 bed Labor and Delivery (750 births).

We added a robot DaVinci Xi and an EBUS in 2017. We are recruiting 1 CRNA as we plan to open a 3rd Endo suite and an 8th OR in 2018|2019. A Nurse Practitioner has been recruited to staff the Pre Op Clinic beginning late August 2018. 8 weeks PTO $2000 CME Allowance Base Salary is $175K Full Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K with match Any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week shall be considered overtime. Overtime pay shall be at the rate of $119 per hour. Saturday and Sunday call pay shall be at the rate of $476 for each day, which includes up to being on site and rendering services up to 4 hours per day. Each hour in excess of 4 per day for which Employee is on site rendering services shall be compensated at the rate of $119 per hour. Week day call pay is $100 per day. For each hour on site rendering services Employee is compensated at the rate of $119 per hour. All hours shall be rounded to the nearest ¼ hour for purposes of calculating overtime, and for being on site rendering services while on call. In addition to the base annual salary Employee shall receive overtime and call compensation as follows: Any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week shall be considered overtime.
