General, Endo, Neuro, Ortho, GI, CV, Ophthalmology, Pain, ENT, Podiatry, OB, GYN, Urology, and Plastics. Approx 14,000 cases per year. # of

11 POS from 7-3 and 5 POS from 3-7 (11 OR's total - 2 endo, 1 OB, and 8 OR's)

Credentialing Time-Frame:

8-12 weeks

Active MO License Certifications:

ACLS, BLS, PALS
