Job Description

What We Offer Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8's or 10's or a mix; 6:30 AM start time; Full Time; no call, no weekends, no holidays Sign on
Bonus:
Up to $100,000; relocation bonus available
Location/Practice:
Charlotte Outpatient Surgery and additional Novant ASCs in the Charlotte region. Practice in a fast-paced ASC environment focused on plastics, ophthalmology, general surgery, GYN, endoscopy, and healthy pediatrics. Within the ASC world at Novant you will have the ability to work at multiple ASC locations. This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs looking to work at the top of their profession within a high-performing, collaborative team. What We're Looking For Education :
BSN, MSN, DNP, and/or graduate diploma level certification required. Graduate from both an Accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and recognized by the state of practice as a CRNA. Must meet minimum continuing education requirements every four years of the NBCRNA.
Experience :
Previous experience is not necessary. Four to six week orientation period for new graduates (working with preceptor) is required. Orientation period for experienced providers will depend on previous experience and clinical skills.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in appropriate state, r equired. Current CRNA endorsement in appropriate state, required. NBCRNA certification, required. ACLS certification within NH policy, required. BLS certification within NH policy, required. PALS certification within NH policy, required. Additional Skills (required): Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age.
