Barton - 3.6 Charlotte, NC Job Details Locum tenens | Contract 14 hours ago Qualifications Anesthesiology Clinical information systems CRNA Pediatrics Full Job Description We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 90-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Oct 12, 2026. This role involves providing anesthesia services for high acuity trauma cases, including adults, pediatrics, cardiac, and transplant procedures, often during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will be adept at a wide range of anesthesia techniques and comfortable with complex surgical environments. Responsibilities and Duties Provide anesthesia services in a High Acuity Trauma Center with medical direction. Perform General Anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases. Administer Spinal, Epidural, and Obstetrical Anesthesia. Manage cases for various surgery types including Cardiac, Complete Orthopedic, Complex Vascular, Head, Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, and Thoracic. Utilize specialty skills in Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurosurgical cases, Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic cases, Complex vascular cases, Complex orthopedic cases, and Pain management techniques. Perform Central/Arterial/PA Catheter placement.
Additional Information Required Board Certifications:
Anesthesiology, National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Experience with Epic EMR is required. Comfortable providing anesthesia services for high acuity trauma cases including adults, pediatrics, cardiac, and transplant procedures.
