Practice Setting:

Medical Direction Model :

The CRNA will work under a medical direction model, providing anesthesia care across various specialties, including cardiac, vascular, and neuro cases.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced and dynamic : Ideal for CRNAs comfortable with a broad scope of practice Mid-day shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call availability required to meet patient needs Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise :

Perform anesthesia for a wide range of procedures, with a preference for those experienced in cardiac, vascular, and neuro cases Ensure high-quality patient care, emphasizing safety and comfort throughout procedures Work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of the unit

Floating Requirement :

Flexibility to float between different locations if necessary Ability to handle varying caseloads and adapt to different work environments

Requirements:

Licensure and Certification :

Active and unrestricted North Carolina CRNA license required Certification as a CRNA is mandatory Additional certifications such as ACLS and BLS may be required during credentialing

Experience :

Prior experience in a medical direction model preferred Expertise in cardiac, vascular, and neuro anesthesia is highly desirable Ability to work mid-day shifts, nights, weekends, and take call if needed

Background Check :

Must have a clean background with no malpractice history
