Location :
Rowan Medical Center - Salisbury, NC; At 266 beds, Rowan is Novant's 4th largest hospital and has been serving the area since 1936. Salisbury is located less than an hour from both Charlotte and Winston Salem in Rowan County. Salisbury offers the perfect mix of quiet countryside and growing small city. Nearby High Rock Lake, NC's 2nd largest lake, is great for those that love the outdoors. As a CRNA Supervisor at Novant Health's Rowan Medical Center, you'll be trusted to deliver expert, independent anesthesia care across a wide range of procedures and patient needs. From routine surgeries to complex cases, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most. This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs looking to lead a high-performing, collaborative team. A dynamic full-time opportunity with exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties Access to continuing education and leadership support Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose What You'll Do Supervise the clinical work of CRNAs and anesthesia technicians Coordinate the activities of the CRNAs with the anesthesiologists to provide for best patient care Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical procedures Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges
What We're Looking For Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, required. Graduate from both an accredited School of Nursing and an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia, required.
Experience:
Minimum of two years as a CRNA, required.
Licensure/Certification:
Current CRNA licensure in appropriate state, required. Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
Additional Skills Required:
Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic care suitable to patient age. Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians. Why Choose Novant Health?
