Job Description

Job Description As a CRNA at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout various surgical procedures. Your expertise will ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal surgical conditions while collaborating closely with surgeons and the healthcare team. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Practice Details:
Join an esteemed team of 17 CRNA's and 5 medical physicians. State-of-the-art-facility build in 2023 Level II Trauma Center Mixed model-12-hour shift-based schedule with time off 233 days per year. Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and post-operative care. Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technologies through ongoing education.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. Current certification as a CRNA from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Valid registered nurse license in North Dakota, or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Special Qualifications:
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred. Commitment to continuing education and professional development in anesthesia care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
