COMPLETION BONUS - 520
hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks
Shift Type:
10-hour shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. All new candidates must have 4 week/month availability.
Regular Hours:
Required.

Not expected but offered.
Cases:
General, Ortho, Blocks Heavy. Ortho facility, with the ability for CRNAs to perform blocks and practice to the top of their scope.

CRNAs:
Yes. What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1. Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
Credentialing:
30 days. Must cross credential at 1 site. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
