CRNA Opportunity - $350K+ Autonomy Work-Life Balance Canton-Potsdam Hospital St. Lawrence Health Northern NY Looking for more autonomy, diverse cases, and a balanced schedule? Join St. Lawrence Health , where CRNAs are valued for their expertise and given the independence to thrive.

High Autonomy & Variety:
Work within a care team and independent practice model. Cases range from OB, General Surgery, and Orthopedics to Regional Anesthesia and Trauma. ?
Flexible Schedule:
A mix of 24-hour shifts & 8-hour days (40-hour workweek). 1:9 call rotation with post-call days off. ?
Strong Team Support:
Work alongside 6 anesthesiologists, 9 full-time CRNAs, and 3 anesthesia techs in a collaborative environment. ?
Competitive Compensation:
$350K salary , $25K sign-on bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, $2,000 CME, and 376 PTO hours annually! ?
