Full-Time Overview We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a nationally recognized pediatric health system in Ohio. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-based environment providing high-quality anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients. CRNAs partner closely with anesthesiologists to deliver comprehensive care across the perioperative spectrum, including pre-operative assessment, anesthesia administration, and post-operative management. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans Administer and manage anesthesia (induction, maintenance, emergence) Monitor patients throughout procedures and adjust care as needed Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Deliver high-quality care to neonatal and pediatric patients Compensation & Benefits $250,000-$290,000 base salary (based on experience) Sign-on bonus + relocation package Annual incentive bonus (total compensation potential up to ~$350,000) GenerousPTO + CME
