Excellent benefits package, 401(k) with match, Mega Backdoor Roth option, deferred compensation plan Pay package discussed upon application What You'll Do Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center Collaborate with anesthesiologists and medical staff to deliver safe anesthesia care during surgical procedures Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during surgeries Provide anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, averaging 1-15 cases daily Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after anesthesia administration Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pediatric patient health and safety Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical standards and policies What You Need Current Ohio RN license and NBCRNA-certified CRNA credentials Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program PALS certification (strongly preferred) 1+ years of neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) but new graduates considered Strong communication and customer service skills Manual dexterity, physical and emotional stamina About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading pediatric hospital in Dayton, Ohio, renowned for its exceptional patient care and innovative medical practices.
