MediTech Patient population: Adult and pediatric Required qualifications Board certified CRNA (BC required) Licensed in Ohio or holds Universal License (IMLC)
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Privileges & compliance Hospital privileges: Not required Temporary privileges: Not available Required skills/procedures General anesthesia (adult and pediatric) Spinal and epidural anesthesia Regional anesthesia (including use of x‑ray guidance) Obstetrical anesthesia Open heart anesthesia Thoracic (non-open heart) and complex vascular cases Complex orthopedic cases Pain management: epidural steroid (lumbar/cervical), transforaminal injections, post‑op epidural, post‑op extremity blocks Ventilation management and airway management Evaluation/management of acute volume and blood pressure issues Invasive line placement and management: arterial lines, central lines, pulmonary artery catheters Core duties Perform pre‑anesthetic assessment and evaluation Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Manage airway and ventilation intraoperatively Insert and manage invasive monitors and lines Provide post‑operative pain management, including neuraxial and peripheral blocks
