Job Description

Locum CRNA - Van Wert, Ohio Clinical Role Coverage starting March 2026 onward. Ohio-licensed CRNAs or candidates willing to obtain an Ohio license considered.
Credentialing timeline:
60-90 days.
Certifications required:
BLS, PALS, ACLS
(through AHA).
Schedule:
7:00?AM - 3:00?
PM Call:
every 3rd night, every 3rd weekend No OB call ; OR call only Call response time: 45 minutes Practice type: All CRNA Case types:
Endoscopy, Podiatry, General, Orthopedic, Urology Requirements:
Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals ( case logs required ) Day coverage: 3 providers in 4
