CRNA Opportunity in McMinnville, Oregon About the Opportunity We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon - a 60-bed Level 3 trauma center with a CRNA-led anesthesia department. Practice at the top of your license in a truly collaborative, non-supervisory environment at a family-owned company that's been delivering exceptional anesthesia care since 2005. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No night shifts Average 32-40 hours/week Call 1:7 weekdays & weekends Post-call day always off Take call from home Case Mix General surgery, orthopedics, OB/L&D, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, and regional anesthesia opportunities. Compensation & Benefits W2: $300,: $360,000 Signing bonus up to $50,000 13 weeks guaranteed PTO Medical 100% covered Dental & Vision 75% covered Professional liability $1M/$3M included 401(k) with 3% employer match $2,500 CME reimbursement License fees & AANA dues covered No moonlighting restrictions Requirements Active Oregon CRNA license (or eligibility), NBCRNA board certification, DEA registration, BLS/ACLS.
