Job Description

Columbia Gorge Surgery Center is seeking an experienced
PRN CRNA
to join our independent outpatient surgery center team in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. This is a flexible 1099 opportunity with approximately 2-4 shifts per month, with the potential for additional coverage opportunities based on surgical volume and availability. Our AAAHC-accredited, Medicare-certified ASC provides care in Orthopedics, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, and Oculoplastics. We are a fast-paced but supportive environment focused on efficiency, patient safety, and excellent outcomes. Schedule PRN / Per Diem 1099 position Approximately 2-4 shifts per month Monday-Thursday only No weekends, holidays, or overnight call Typical ASC schedule with predictable daytime hours Surgical Specialties Orthopedics Podiatry Ophthalmology Oculoplastics Position Highlights Independent CRNA practice environment Supportive surgical and nursing team Modern ambulatory surgery center setting Efficient case flow and consistent scheduling Flexible scheduling options SIS EMR platform Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments Develop and implement anesthesia plans appropriate to patient and procedure Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative team members Maintain compliance with all ASC, state, federal, and accreditation standards Qualifications Current CRNA certification Active Oregon RN and APRN licensure (or ability to get) Current NBCRNA certification Current ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to work independently in an ASC environment Strong communication and teamwork skills ASC and regional anesthesia experience preferred Ophthalmology and orthopedic anesthesia experience preferred Compensation Competitive per diem 1099 rate Qualifications Current CRNA certification Active Oregon RN and APRN licensure Current NBCRNA certification Current ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to work independently in an ASC environment Strong communication and teamwork skills ASC and regional anesthesia experience preferred Ophthalmology and orthopedic anesthesia experience preferred Compensation Competitive per diem 1099 rate Qualifications Current CRNA certification Active Oregon RN and APRN licensure Current NBCRNA certification Current ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to work independently in an ASC environment Strong communication and teamwork skills ASC and regional anesthesia experience preferred Ophthalmology and orthopedic anesthesia experience preferred Compensation Competitive per diem 1099 rate About the Area Located in the Columbia River Gorge, our community offers exceptional outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, mountain biking, windsurfing, fishing, and kayaking, while still maintaining close access to Portland and Central Oregon.
