Case Mix:

Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids, and

OB Active License:

PA License;

APRN or RN:

RN only state

Certifications:

ACLS + BLS & PA

Child Abuse requirement for license

Experience Required:

5+ years of CRNA experience
