Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Greenville, PA Area KTE Services is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an outstanding independent contractor opportunity in the Greenville, Pennsylvania area. Primarily orthopedic procedures with some ophthalmologic cases No Weekends or On-Call Requirements About the Role As a CRNA with this progressive facility, you'll deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a focused, collaborative environment specializing in orthopedic and eye surgeries. This specialized caseload allows you to develop deep expertise while maintaining predictable scheduling and exceptional work-life balance. The consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule provides three-day weekends every week, and with six weeks of annual time off, you'll have ample opportunity for rest, travel, and personal pursuits. Key Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients Perform thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety
Qualifications Required:
Current CRNA certification and valid Pennsylvania nursing license
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a practicing CRNA; orthopedic experience strongly preferred
Skills:
