Epic- Important abilities: Spinals OB; Managing anesthesia complications (malignant hyperthermia, hypotension); Advanced airway rescue; Rapid decision-making during intraoperative emergencies; Hemodynamic monitoring; Independently manage cases from pre-op to PACU; Quickly learn facility protocols; Work in both supervised and independent practice GI models
Requirements:
- Are Board Certifications Req d?: NBCRNA
- Which State License(s) Req d?: PA
- Certifications Req d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): ACLS
- Specific Skills Req d?: General anesthesia administration; Regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals); Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC); Airway management (difficult airway, intubation, LMA use); Ventilator management; IV sedation and medication titration; Pain management techniques; Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia care; Comfortable doing C Sections
