Lawrence, KS or Wichita, KS Compensation :
$70,000-$90,000 per year
Schedule:
Full-Time, flexible shifts
Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join a supportive ABA team focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Skills and Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
