We are looking for highly skilled professionals to provide exceptional anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings. Required Skills Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and active state license (compact license accepted) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred Proficiency in using Epic EMR (highly preferred) Strong clinical skills with no regional or block anesthesia required Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week, including 4 ten-hour days Flexibility to rotate between hospital and surgery center environments, traveling up to once a week, with occasional trips twice a week Nice to Have Skills Experience with Draeger anesthesia machines, Glidescopes, and Alaris IV pumps Familiarity with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Level III trauma settings Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations from adults to geriatric Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program At least 2 years of anesthesia practice preferred Experience in multi-site clinical environments is advantageous Other Requirements Willing to license in the state if not currently licensed Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days Ability to work every week without part-time options Must be available for a full-time schedule, with flexibility for different shift structures (5x8s, 3x12s, 4x10s) This position offers an hourly pay rate of $218.40, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, licensure reimbursement, and travel-related expenses.
