Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional anesthesia care across diverse patient populations. Our office focuses heavily on dental implants, full-arch restorations, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care in a comfortable, patient-centered environment. We are seeking someone who is clinically skilled, dependable, personable, and enjoys working collaboratively with both patients and our team. This position would be on an as-needed basis, with opportunities to grow alongside our practice as demand increases. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth surgical procedures, manage complex airway situations, and provide comprehensive patient monitoring before, during, and after anesthesia administration. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures with precision and confidence. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluating vital signs, physiology, anatomy, and medical history to develop tailored anesthesia plans. Manage airway control and ventilation strategies during procedures, ensuring patient safety at all times. Administer medications and injections responsibly while adhering to HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards for patient privacy and quality care. Provide post-anesthesia care by monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and assessing recovery progress to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans across various settings including hospital ICU units, outpatient clinics, and emergency departments. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the applicable state. Proven critical care experience in settings such as ICU or emergency departments. Strong knowledge of anesthesiology principles, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology. Experience in airway management techniques for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs effectively during procedures. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or similar platforms for accurate medical documentation.
