  • McLeod Loris Loris, SC, United States (On-site) Apply Now Job Description McLeod Health Loris is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative and patient-focused anesthesia team!
This role reports to the Director of Anesthesia and the Medical Director of the Operating Room and works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to deliver high-quality care across the surgical continuum.

Full-Time (80 hours biweekly)
Position Highlights:
Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for scheduled, urgent, and emergent procedures Deliver full continuum of care, from pre-operative assessment through post-operative follow-up Opportunity to mentor Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) Practice within a supportive anesthesia and surgical team environment New graduates accepted & encouraged to apply!
Call Schedule:
1 day per week & 1 weekend per month
Case Mix:
Urology OB DAC Endoscopy General Surgery Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-operative evaluations, including patient history and anesthesia planning Educate patients on anesthesia care plans and expectations Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia using current techniques, medications, and technology Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Manage patient care during surgery and ensure safe transition to PACU or appropriate unit Respond to airway and life-support emergencies throughout the Medical Center Supervise anesthesia technicians and support staff as needed Participate in maintaining 24/7 anesthesia coverage through shared responsibilities Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and commitment to
Service Excellence Standards Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (COA/AANA approved)
  • Certified (or eligible) through the NBCRNA
  • Eligible for or holds South Carolina RN license and CRNA recognition
  • Meets requirements for ongoing recertification
